Dr. Shweta Kale (PhD – Yoga) is a distinguished Yoga Therapist, Consultant, and Educator with over 6+ years of extensive teaching experience in Yoga Philosophy and Therapeutic Yoga. She has served as a faculty member with several leading yoga institutes, contributing her expertise to academic and professional yoga programs across different levels.

Her specialization includes Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Vashishtha, Sukshma Vyayam, Panchakosha Analysis, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy, allowing her to integrate classical yogic knowledge with modern therapeutic applications. She has been actively involved in curriculum development, academic training, and practical instruction, guiding students from diverse backgrounds.

Currently associated as a Faculty at Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences & Research, Indore, Dr. Shweta Ma’am remains committed to spreading authentic yoga education and holistic wellness through structured teaching, research-based practice, and experiential learning.
